What to check if the MindPlay program is “freezing”

The most common reason for slow or choppy program performance is caused by low/slow internet speeds that are lower than our required download speed. Use the following directions – DURING THE TIME YOUR CHILD EXPERIENCES FREEZING to see how the internet is performing.
 
  1. Click the “HELP” button at the bottom of the screen.
 
         
 
  1. Click on “CHECK DIAGNOSTICS”
 
           
 
  1. Click on “CLICK to BEGIN”
           
 
 
  1. Click on the word “Latency” in the BLUE Bar – Record the numbers you see.
Green indicates adequate internet speed.
 
           
 
Click on the word SPEED to open the Blue Bar-
Green indicates adequate internet speed.
